OUR STORY
I created The Mindful Mug because I’ve always believed coffee is about more than what’s in the cup, it’s about how people feel when they gather around it.
With a background in health and wellness, I’ve spent years helping people care for themselves in deeper ways. That naturally grew into a love for creating spaces where people can slow down, connect, and feel present. Coffee felt like the perfect way to bring that intention into real moments.
The Mindful Mug is truly a reflection of what I value most - meaningful moments, beautiful experiences, and bringing people together.
